The Joint Programme is working with the Ministry of Citizenship (MoC) in improving multi-sectoral work between the Happy Child Programme (HCP) and public services offered to children and their families and caregivers, particularly women and those facing multiple forms of discrimination, at the municipalities. The inter sectoral work is an important strategy to accelerate SDGs.
