Unlocking Africa's Potential: Scaling Innovative Financing for SDG Transitions
This TICAD 9 official event will highlight how innovative financing models and transformative approaches can accelerate Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) transitions in Africa — with a spotlight on Cabo Verde, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe.
Speakers will share concrete examples of how catalytic investments, public-private partnerships, and blended finance are driving results in digital transformation, food systems innovation, decent jobs and social protection, and just energy transitions.
The discussion supports TICAD 9’s “co-creation” vision by showcasing scalable, African-led solutions and exploring partnerships to unlock strategic financing and investment opportunities.

このTICAD9公式テーマ別イベントでは、革新的な資金調達モデルや戦略的アプローチが、アフリカにおける持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の達成に向けた動きをいかに加速できるかを探ります。カーボベルデ、ルワンダ、ジンバブエの事例を通じて、実際に成果を上げている取り組みを紹介します。
登壇者は、デジタル変革（DX）、食料システム、ディーセント・ワークと社会保障、公正なエネルギー転換といった主要分野で、「触媒」の役割を果たす資金、官民連携（PPP）やブレンデッド・ファイナンスがどのようにインパクトを生み出しているかについて議論します。
本イベントは、TICAD 9の「共創」のビジョンに貢献するため、アフリカ主導の規模拡張が可能なソリューションを提示するとともに、戦略的な資金・投資機会を引き出す新たなパートナーシップの形成を目指します。
