The joint programme aims to transform the digital health system from one that is fragmented and siloed and excludes rural communities and vulnerable groups to one that is integrated, available across the country in urban and rural areas, and empowers patients through a suite of digital health services through telemedicine, e-health services, and digital capacity for an estimate of 6 million people.
