The Joint Programme is focused on supporting the Government in establishing comprehensive social protection system through developing a national strategy on social protection and designing an effective mechanism of interagency coordination in delivery of social protection to all vulnerable people, including persons with disabilities. Well-coordinated and inclusive social protection system will make it possible for children of vulnerable families, people with disabilities, unemployed, and older persons to receive decent allowance, break the cycle and become active members of society.
