The joint programme titled 'Bringing the local private sector into the municipal deal room for SDG localization' aims to engage the private sector in defining and implementing sustainable development priorities in four pilot municipalities of Cabo Verde, focusing on food systems and digital transformation to enhance local development and achieve SDG goals.

The program integrates the local private sector into sustainable development efforts in four pilot municipalities of Cabo Verde, focusing on food systems and digital transformation. It engages private sector actors to define and implement development priorities, provides tools for their contribution, and establishes national agreements for scaling up initiatives. The program reaches approximately 39,401 individuals, enhancing local capacities and fostering partnerships among stakeholders. Overall, it significantly advances climate resilience and supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
