The joint programme titled 'Digital Service Design Hub – Clicking Together with Citizens' aims to assist the Government of Serbia in enhancing public services through a people-centric approach, ultimately improving digital service design and delivery for approximately 2.45 million citizens while promoting inclusivity and addressing the needs of vulnerable groups.
The Joint Programme focuses on enhancing public services in Serbia through a people-centric approach to digital service design, aiming to improve accessibility and effectiveness for approximately 2.45 million citizens, or 37% of the population. It implements a two-pronged strategy: redesigning digital public services to better meet user needs and building government capabilities for sustainable service delivery. The programme promotes human rights, gender equality, and inclusion, fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. By leveraging US$ 10 million in funding, it significantly contributes to advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and enhancing climate resilience.
