Brief Description

The joint programme titled 'Innovating for Equality: transforming local social protection mechanisms through digitalization' aims to enhance the local social protection system in Ecuador by implementing digital processes to improve data interoperability, digitizing registries for youth beneficiaries, and developing tools to monitor and assess the effectiveness of social services, ultimately promoting universal social protection coverage and reducing poverty rates.

Expected key results

Enhancement of digital processes results in expanded coverage, improved quality, and strengthened governance of the Social Registry, thereby bolstering the social protection floor.
