Brief Description

The joint programme titled 'Leveraging Digital Ecosystems for increased MSMEs’ Productivity' aims to catalyze transformative change within youth and women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ghana by fostering a more inclusive digital ecosystem that enhances productivity, access to capital, and market opportunities.

The programme enhances productivity for youth and women-led MSMEs in Ghana by fostering an inclusive digital ecosystem. It empowers 25,000 MSMEs through improved access to digital skills, financial services, and market opportunities, while strengthening government capabilities in e-commerce and digital innovation. The initiative collaborates with various stakeholders, including government and private sector partners, to create conducive policies and infrastructure, ultimately contributing to Ghana's digital transformation and advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Expected key results

The Government capacity is strengthened to deliver e-services and support e-commerce, through improved policy, strengthened coordination, and digital infrastructure for two Government of Ghana entities.
