The joint programme titled 'Operationalizing the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions in Viet Nam' aims to enhance pathways to decent jobs and social protection in Viet Nam, addressing socio-economic challenges and gender inequalities while supporting the development of a national roadmap for just transitions.

The programme enhances pathways to decent jobs and social protection in Viet Nam, addressing gender inequalities and informal employment. It provides technical assistance to develop a national roadmap for the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection, fostering partnerships with government and stakeholders. The initiative strengthens capacities, promotes gender-responsive policies, and supports the operationalization of the Global Accelerator, ultimately benefiting marginalized groups and contributing to sustainable development goals. The programme reaches numerous individuals, significantly impacting job creation and social protection systems.

Knowledge for integrated gender-responsive policies and financing enhanced in support of SDG transition on decent jobs and social protection for just transitions through provision of knowledge and technical assistance to national stakeholders ?
