Outcome 1: Enhanced capacity among government institutions and social partners to develop a comprehensive care vision that advances the transformative agenda for human rights, equality between women and men, decent work, and inclusive growth in Türkiye. Output 1.1 Public institutions, local authorities, social partners, and civil society have improved knowledge on opportunities to improve care policy and services in Türkiye in line with international norms and standards including labour standards and international good practices and country models.    Output 1.2. Increased capacity among the government institutions and social partners to develop a road map on Care Economy in Türkiye for accelerating transformative growth of Care Economy that respects the human rights and international labour rights and standards.  Output 1.3:  Project Management and Oversight
