This initiative modernizes judicial and administrative procedures, making them accessible and operational at the Courthouse in Pikine-Guédiawaye and local structures in the suburbs of Dakar. By streamlining legal processes and making them more accessible, the joint programme contributes to a more efficient and equitable legal system in Senegal, benefiting communities in underserved areas.
Côte d'Ivoire
A comprehensive gap analysis and Digital Readiness Assessment of the legal, policy, and administrative framework of e-Justice is to be conducted through a participatory approach. This initiative ensures that the National e-Justice roadmap is embraced by all stakeholders, fostering a unified vision for digital transformation in the judicial sector.
By equipping key middle management leaders to drive digital transformation, the programme enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal system in Côte d'Ivoire, paving the way for a more modern and accessible justice system.
